Data and AI systems, and the organizations built to run them. The work spans retail, luxury, financial services, insurance, telecom, media, and technology: global data transformation at Christian Dior Couture, enterprise AI governance at Covéa, CRM overhaul at Carrefour, market entry for funded scale-ups on both sides of the Atlantic, and an AI recommendation engine built and transferred at HighCo in six months. Earlier, the first worldwide telecom network management platform at Alcatel-Lucent and a software vertical grown from marginal to dominant at ILOG, contributing to the IPO.

Each engagement ends with a full transfer: the system is running, the team is in place, the work continues without me.

Most organizations have already run AI pilots. Moving from pilot to production is where most stall. The obstacle is organizational, not technical.

Advisory and Consulting

Strategy with implementation. The engagement starts with a clear diagnosis of what is broken or missing, moves to a working design, and ends with something operational. Sectors include retail, luxury, financial services, insurance, telecom, and technology. Clients range from large French corporations to funded scale-ups expanding internationally.

Interim Executive

Stepping into a leadership role to build what needs to be built, then handing it over. The title is secondary. The deliverable is a functioning organization or system that runs without the interim presence.

Executive Training

AI governance and enterprise AI for senior executives and management teams. Current teaching at UM6P (Morocco) and KEDGE Business School (France). Custom programs available for organizations that need their leadership to understand AI at the level of strategic decision-making, not just operational use.
